Pros: good color rendition, good response time.
Cons: I bought 2 for a dual-monitor setup, and moth of them arriced with a hot pixel. No fixes have improved this.
Pros: 3rd build, and it all went smoothly. SATA, DDR2, everything I needed for dual core.
Cons: None particualrly.
Pros: Compact, good housing.
Cons: the metal USB insert part arrived loose. A simple RMA got us a new one, and it has been fast and reliable since.
Overall Review: NewEgg's RMA was flawless.
I love it
Pros: This is my first build, and the case was a breeze - nothing fancy but solid and well-designed. 3 case fans and it's still quiet.
Cons: Hard to come up with any... it didn't install the other hardware on it's own? <JK>
Overall Review: Easy open/close, good finish, maybe it could have a front headphone jack. (My speakers have that, anyway.)
Must update drivers
Pros: Good for OC'ing, easy to set up (this was my first build). Compatible with everything I purchased.
Cons: Did not work until I updated the drivers - the LAN was dead, the USB ports were dead - made it difficult to get the drivers.
Overall Review: Once I updated, everything works great. However, the overclocking programs in windows are no good - unstable by themselves, but the BIOS version seems to work ok. I did not update bios.
MUST update drivers
Pros: Stable chipset, easy to set up - even for a 1st timer. Great price, OCs easy. Highly recommended as a learner mobo with good performance.
Cons: upon startup, neither the USB ports nor the 10/100 port worked at all. However, updating all the drivers fixed all the problems, now I love it.
Overall Review: Biostar should ship them with operable drivers, at least.
