Great cooling for a great price

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler, 4 CDC Heatpipes, 120mm PWM Fan, Aluminum Fins for AMD Ryzen/Intel LGA1200/1151
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler, 4 CDC Heatpipes, 120mm PWM Fan, Aluminum Fins for AMD Ryzen/Intel LGA1200/1151

Pros: Cool Quiet Cheap

Cons: Installation isn't fun A bit taller than I'd like

Overall Review: I've been using the EVO, and Plus for a few years now. I have an NZXT Vulcan. One of these fits just barely as long as I don't have the side fan installed. It's dead silent, it cools my processors enough for moderate overclocking. It's still quiet while doing that! It's kind of a pain to install, but all heatsinks are these days. It's worth it, and for $25-$30, I'm not sure there's a better choice out there. Noctura Nhd-14 for $60-$80? Might as well go liquid cooling for that price.

Not Guuuud!

D-Link Xtreme Gigabit Router (DIR-655) Wireless N300, USB SharePort, Gigabit
D-Link Xtreme Gigabit Router (DIR-655) Wireless N300, USB SharePort, Gigabit

Pros: Pretty white and black color

Cons: Slow Bad connection

Overall Review: I got this to replace a dying Linksys Wrt54g. This one was worse that the dying one! The connection was inconsistent. The speeds were inconsistent. I'd plug this in and it was all over the place. The Linksys was even more solid at that time. I gave up on this thing, told my sister she could have it if she wanted to play with it. I think I'll ante up a bit more money next time and get something I know will work.

Worst case I've ever used

Thermaltake Versa H17 Black SPCC Micro ATX Gaming Computer Case CA-1J1-00S1NN-00
Thermaltake Versa H17 Black SPCC Micro ATX Gaming Computer Case CA-1J1-00S1NN-00

Pros: Nice compartment on the botton for cable management. Room in the back for cable management. Good looking, simple, sleak visual design.

Cons: Hard drive mounting spots are not well thought out. Horrible humming sound! Tinnitus x20!!

Overall Review: Put the machine together and struggled with hard drive mounting. I have two SSDs and an HDD. The HDD has to go on the bottom? Really awkward, okay. You mount the drives with rubber tabs and screws that don't fully tighten the drive down. Okay, it could still work, but I don't feel great about it. The SSDs mount so close to the SATA ports that you have to scrunch the cables to get them to plug in. I wouldn't have been able to even do it if I didn't have two of the L shaped SATA cables. Luckily, I've built enough in the past where I had some. They're still scrunched pretty good and I don't feel good about that. Once I got it hooked up, I turn it on and all I can hear is this deep hum. Maybe it's because I mounted a separate fan to the front of the case. If I press on the front of the case, the hum goes away. I tightened the screws good, so it's not a loose fan, and it's a brand new fan, so that's not the case either. It's the CASE itself that is humming and it's going to drive me absolute bonkers until I replace it. I'm not sure I can even endure that long. I thought about giving it a 2 egg because the cable management is actually quite good on it, but that hum...nope, 1 egg.

Worst product I've ever used, literally!!

GIGABYTE GA-B85N LGA 1150 Intel B85 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-B85N LGA 1150 Intel B85 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Cheap Offered what I needed

Cons: Didn't work, didn't work, didn't work, didn't work, didn't work.

Overall Review: The board didn't work from the get go. I replaced it and the replacement didn't work. I replaced that and it worked, for nearly a year. This last January 2016, it broke again. I replaced it, they sent a broken one. I replaced it, they sent another faulty one. I got that one working, for a little while. This last May 2016, it broke. Gigabyte also has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. It takes them 4 days to respond to an RMA, they give you the troubleshooting run around, even though you posted in your original post that you did everything they just listed for you to try. A few more days later, the accept the RMA and make you pay to ship it to them. Then they take 3 1/2 weeks to send you a BROKEN replacement and make you go through it all over again. I think they have a load of these broken boards, and instead of testing them when they get them back, they send them out for replacements. When it comes back a second time, then maybe the do something about it. The customer is their tech repair! And yes, I know what I'm doing. Everything else in my computer works perfectly and is now working perfectly with a different name brand motherboard. I was a Gigabyte fan for about a year. I will no longer purchase ANYTHING from them nor recommend anyone else purchase anything from them.

Awesome board.

Pros: Solid Features Micro SLI Excellent simple to use Bios

Cons: Blue color

Overall Review: Gigabyte really won me over with this board along with the 670 I had running with it. Such a solid platform to build your machine on. I'm a micro ATX fan, and to get all you get out of this beauty in a small package, I couldn't ask for anymore, but I got it! Newegg even through in 8GB Gskill ram for free!! I love Gskill as well. Honestly, this is the best PC parts purchase I've ever gotten. Perfect product.

Tied as best ever!

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 670 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card GV-N670OC-2GD

Pros: Performance Sound Cooling

Cons: Uhmmm...none!!

Overall Review: Used this card for about a year and a half before passing it to a friend and getting something more. It wasn't necessary. I should have kept this. The performance was excellent. It's dead silent. It's solid as steel. Never gave me one ounce of trouble. I rank it up there as the best card I've ever owned along the ATI x850XT. Flawless. That's how I like my PC parts. High performance, run cool and quiet, no issues ever!
