Overall Review: This was part of my first build and Newegg.com made this a great experience.

Pros: This case has what all cases should. The build was a piece of cake with all the "toolless" gadgets in it. Very well ventilated and easy to clean filters.

Cons: My case arrived with one defect. The side window has a crack from the bottom/middle mount screw. The box was in good condition and I can only assume it was caused in assembly. I have tried 4 times to contact Lancool on their site, but I have yet to get a response. You would think that a case as great as this would have good follow up support, but no dice. Don't bother trying the phone number on their site either, it's no good as well.

Overall Review: I contacted Newegg about this to see if they had a better way of getting Lancool's attention, but they didn't. What Newegg did however, was to offer to send me another case. Too bad I had already built my rig. They even gave me this offer even though the order was more than 30 days old. I would have taken them up on their offer if I hadn't already built the computer. Newegg ROCKS!!!

Pros: Compared to my last computer, this stuff is lightning fast.
