Pros: This keyboard has everything you want from a brilliant key feel, a perfectly designed wrist rest, multimedia controls, and programmable LEDs. I especially love the key feel of this keyboard. It reminds me of the old IBM type 'M' keyboard I grew up using. Whether I'm gaming or developing this keyboard gives me the response with the tactile feel I want

Cons: The LEDs under the keys are slowly vanishing; this is the only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star. I am buying a second unit to use on a spare PC and to hold me over while I attempt to RMA the keyboard due to the LEDs. As others have mentioned the programmable key lighting doesn't make much sense if you lose the LEDs at a rate of one or two per month. :/

Pros: I got these for myself for Christmas as my old logictech clearchat headphones were getting pretty long in the tooth. After using these for about two months I can definitely say that the audio quality is absolutely superb. The sound combined with the software make playing games a treat. Since my days are spent telecommuting I use the headset for calls during the day then for games in the evening. Wearing these for extended hours isn't a problem at all -- they are that comfortable.

Cons: The downside to these guys may unfortunately outweigh the pros. 1. They are expensive. I paid right around $200 which I feel is about 50$-60$ more than the quality deserves. I chalk this up to the fact that it does come with decent software for managing the sound as well as being designed for multiple platforms. 2. Because they are multi-platform they may be overly complicated. Why on earth does the transmitter have to have a removable cartridge? 3. While wearing the headset it is difficult to press any of the buttons on the headset themselves, and when you do there is no positive reinforcement that a button was pressed. I expect either an audio "beep" or visual clue when I finally find and press the "mute" button. I often find myself taking the headset off to look at the red light on the button which is not visible when wearing it. 4. The power button is just weird. Why do I have to hold it down for 5+ seconds to turn the headset on and off? It's not a PC, it can (probably) survive an instant off.. so why doesn't it? 5. When the battery gets low, which I admit is 8+ hours into a session, I do (finally) get an audio indicator. However this comes about 20-30 seconds before the unit actually shuts down. When I'm on Skype calls for work sometimes I'm walking around the house and not actually at the PC. I find myself running back to the office to jack into the charger. This is 2014 folks, I know we can get a better battery status. I know I seem like I'm being very picky here but I wanted the best-of-the-best when it came to sound and comfort so I purchased what I consider to be the most feature-rich highest quality headsets I could find. When you spend that kind of dough you expect the sound to be studio quality (which it is close to) and it to be very usable (which it is not)

Overall Review: I love how these feel, but I wouldn't make this purchase again. Yes I play games, yes the 3d and THX are nice, but in my opinion I'd rather give up some audio quality for the ability to easily turn the unit on and off, have a visual indicator that the mute (on the headset) is on, and better buttons.
