Pros: Easy set-up, meets expected image quality, menus reasonably easy to navigate.

Cons: Package obviously opened, and unit repacked. After set-up, unit DVD tray would not open. Trouble-shooting according to the manual did not solve the problem, so I thought OK ... nothing to lose and just physically pulled the tray open. There was a little "pop," and the player has been working fine ever since. Too much trouble and expense to send it back, but I worry that the unit started out defective.

Overall Review: I think Newegg does an excellent job for its customers, but this seller was a Newegg partner called Electronic Express -- and I'm less than satisfied when I get an opened product with no packing slip or invoice.

Pros: Good looking range hood, draws air well, reasonably quiet at lower speeds.

Cons: Minor fit and finish problems; unnecessarily difficult to prepare for installation; fan pulls air through light outlets bypassing the filters. Preparing the hood for installation is more difficult because it is by default set up for non-vented operation. This necessitates removing the lighting cover and wiring harness, removing a vent and reversing a baffle, and then replacing these items. A bigger design flaw is the suction of air through the two light openings, thus bypassing the filters. Over time, this means that grease and sediment is going to accumulate in the control section of the hood, rather than in the filters or the Teflon pan above the filters. This also lessens the efficiency of the updraft through the filters. I will probably look for some sort of gasket to seal off the light ports.

Overall Review: I installed two 8w LED flood lights instead of the recommended halogen bulbs. They fit perfectly, and the light levels adjust perfectly across all the settings. The lowest setting gives adequate light for most work. One other observation: the first hood showed up dented (no outside damage to the box). Newegg made good on the return shipping, and promptly sent a replacement. Always have had good service from Newegg.
