Do not buy
WD Green WD30EZRX 3TB IntelliPower 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
Pros: Capacity and price.
Cons: Everything. PC kept freezing with drive installed. The drive was delivered defective. I've created an RMA for refund and will NOT purchase one of these again. WD Data Lifegaurd Diagnostics Test output: Test Result: FAIL Test Error Code: 06-Quick Test on drive 4 did not complete! Status code = 07 (Failed read test element), Failure Checkpoint = 109 (Unknown Test) SMART self-test did not complete on drive 4!
Overall Review: better off buying something else.

Pros: Very quiet and very good price.
Cons: not modular
Overall Review: if i had thought about it i would have made sure it was modular but that's my fault. I'd spend a few more bucks for that.

Pros: Cheap
Cons: washed out colors and awkward controls
Overall Review: I got it on sale and was somewhat of an impulse buy. i won't be buying viewsonic again
