Very Nice Box For The Cost

NZXT Source 210 S210-001 Black “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
NZXT Source 210 S210-001 Black “Aluminum Brush / Plastic” ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: I have three of these and will purchase more. Well-built box for the money. There is extra space to run power wiring UNDER the motherboard to make a neat build. Special tools are included to tighten the motherboard risers.

Cons: Be aware that some power supplies will not work with this chassis. This box is designed with the power supply on the opposite side of the motherboard from most ATX installs. Not all power supplies (Logisys for one) have cabling long enough to reach to the far side of the motherboard.

Overall Review: This box has plenty of room for additional fans. I recommend adding at least one 120mm fan at the top of the chassis to help draw air through the box.

Seagate BarraCuda 7200.10 ST3160215A 160GB 7200 RPM 2MB Cache IDE Ultra ATA100 / ATA-6 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Retail

Pros: This appeared to be a good drive at a very reasonable price to go into a used machine.

Cons: The online description is incorrect. This is NOT a SATA drive, it actually has an IDE connector. If you're expecting a SATA, as I was, you're in for a surprise.

Overall Review: Newegg Customer Service was very polite and easy to work with. They sent a return label for the wrong drive and paid the shipping for the replacement drive. I only hope the replacement drive has the correct SATA connector.

Don't buy this!

LOGISYS Computer PS550ABK 550Watts ATX12V Power Supply With SATA and 20/24 Pin connectors.
LOGISYS Computer PS550ABK 550Watts ATX12V Power Supply With SATA and 20/24 Pin connectors.

Pros: Unfortunately, I found nothing relatively outstanding about this power supply.

Cons: This power supply seemed like it was going to work fine but, when the CD/ROM motor spun up, the supply went dead. After serious troubleshooting everything pointed back to the supply. I'd have to call it dead out of the box.

Overall Review: I purchased the 500W version of this same supply and it had exactly the same fault...even as a replacement in an older machine.
