Pros: This is the LAST Small Appliance made in the USA! This is also the best coffee maker I have had. Makes coffee in 1/2 the time due to the hot water tank built in. Buy one of these and keep jobs here!

Overall Review: The box said assembled in the USA so I called them in Iowa (not China) and they said because the Carafe, common to many of their units was made in Germany. They still make most parts here in the USA and assemble them in Iowa. That means there are good people in Iowa working and paying taxes. There might be a couple of high professional applicances still made in the USA but this is the last consumer model.
