Pros: This scanner does an excellent job scanning prints. The film scanner is good, but not excellent.

Cons: If you are expecting the quality of a drum scanner for the low price of $179, then you will be disappointed. If you are looking to scan negatives for anything other than the web, I would not recommend this scanner. If you need high quality scans of negatives, I would suggest having them professionally scanned, or maybe shelling out the big bucks for the higher end film scanner

Overall Review: I bought this on sale for $179, I don't know if I would have paid the full price $250.

Overall Review: Battery arrived as described and was shipped quickly. Jose from Impact Computers actually called to follow up with my order and make sure that I had received my order and that I was satisfied. I was able to install the battery myself using instructions from Dell's web site. The battery was for my daughter's laptop and she says that the new battery is working great and lasts much longer that the battery that was replaced.
