Overall Review: I received my order within 4 business days of ordering. It looks exactly like what you would find anywhere but I believe the price here is a lot better. I am giving this as a gift so it has not been opened yet. Also the batteries are included in the pack.

Pros: Packaged with 2 games. One of the games has to be downloaded from xbox live.

Cons: You need to be able to connect to the internet or a wireless device to download one of the games that comes with the unit. If you are going to offer a down load game why not have the option of choosing your own game as part of the bundle?

Cons: Voice commands may not work with some phones but I would still recommend this device. Slow to announce callers from your phone list and I still recommend this unit.

Overall Review: I recommend this device. Some of the voice commands do not work with my phone but I can live with that. I wore this unit for four hours and never was it uncomfortable nor did it fit need to be adjusted. Once the unit pairs with your phone it has your phone book list so that it can announce your callers. The only issue I have is that takes a couple of rings then it asks if you would like to receive or reject the call. I have had the unit for 2 days and I will follow up after further usage after a while.
