Overall Review: I'm sure this is a fantastic mouse, but the refurbished quality was very low. I've bought other logitech refurbs that were like new, so this one was pretty disappointing. Newegg is sending me a replacement so hopefully I have better luck next time. Unfortunately you cannot return a refurb for a refund, if you could I would not take the risk of getting another poor quality refurb and I would just pay the extra for a new G500.
