The phone number listed never works or no one has ever answered. I registered the product for warranty when first purchased, so that wouldnt be a issue. Left my phone number in every email, not one call back or email reply back. I figure they are waiting for the warranty to be out.

Item came with deep scratches and cut on the leather. Told that was normal, paid extra for fast shipping. The wanted me to pay the shipping back for refund. It cost me more to return there tore up product. Just keep it, cut my losses.
