works as intended
Pros: Cheap, hdmi output is great, passive cooling. fired right up to 1920x1080 with no problems. the built in spdf passthrough for the hdmi is a nice addition.
Cons: none that I can think of. Not for gaming, obviously.
Overall Review: Works great in its intended enviroment; an htpc. It's completely silent, and produces little heat.
Pros: Fast charger. Small; fits right into socket and doesn't block my drink holders.
Cons: Emits an obnoxious high pitched whine when it's charging my phone somewhere in the range of 15-17kHz. I wish I was older so I can't hear it.
Overall Review: Would be 5 eggs if not for the noise issue.
Sigh
Pros: Worked for 3.25 years.
Cons: Failed 3 months out of warranty.
Overall Review: An IC on the board blew up.
Meh
Pros: Worked on my Android phones
Cons: Emitted obnoxious high pitched whine when charging devices. Would not charge my Nokia N9 because the charger is non-standard.
Overall Review: Would not recommend.
Terrible
Pros: It doesn't explode.
Cons: Constantly stops working every 20-30 minutes and requires a power cycle in order to make it function again.
Pros: Fast. Has Indilinx controller so you know it won't suffer from the stuttering problems that plagued early SSDs. Performance is on par with other Indilinx based drives. Did I mention that it is fast?
Cons: Dull packaging.
