Glad I made the change.
Pros: Was a Gigabyte fan for over 14 years. First ASUS build since that time. Was waiting for the right board and it showed. This board is well worth the money. Love this flash bios. So easy. The board smokes with-out the smoke.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: This is a new build, ASUS Rampage Black, Thermaltake 1375, 2 Evga 780ti's, 64 gig G.Skill 1600, 4,460 OCZ-Vertex's 120 gig, 2 Samsung's 256 gig, i7-4820K.
aSUS QC
Pros: 144hz
Cons: Jerry from aSUS said in an email that they where going to replace this monitor upon arrival at the aSUS repair center that was a lie, because I got the same monitor with the same bright red dot to right of center and my base wire totally severed. Jerry told me in the email for the second RMA that it would be replaced this was not the truth. Jerry you should keep your word. Oh if anyone is interested I have that email Jerry sent?
Over heating Capacitors.
Pros: This is a very nice watercooler. Quality product no cheap stuff with this one. Works great.
Cons: Works great as long as you do NOT put this on a Asrock Phantom Z390 9. Top metal plate covers the capacitors. Which cause overheating to occur. You will know this because your computer will shut off over and over again. Specially while gaming. Your best bet to avoid this is to have a CPU fan option with a downward flow of air on that particular motherboard. Or a watercooler that will expose all of the capacitors to air flow.
Overall Review: This wasn't Enermax's fault it was mine for not doing my research for that particular motherboard. I will be hanging on to this watercooler. One of the best I have seen for the money.
Stay Away
Pros: Works so far. Color is nice.
Cons: None adjustable stand. Sets to low. Needs a adjustable stand. Went to web sight that that they provided for product registration. Could not find this monitor in there list. Maybe it needs to be updated? who knows? If the monitor is not covered through a warranty then why bother. Stay from this company. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Archer C5400 does what they say it will do.
Pros: So far steady signal in a 1300 foot house. Full bars through out house and much much faster then my old aSUS RT-AC68U, and it put to shame the aRRIS sUFBOARD eXTREME SBG6782-AC which turned out to be a piece of junk, droping signal every 15 mins.
Cons: None at this moment. Will report back in a year or so.
Overall Review: This thing is fast. Watching direct tv and no dropes on Archer C5400 side. I have a 370 download speed average and a 30 to 50 upload speed with Cox cable. Pluged my line in the back of my Archer C5400 and went to ARMA3 and I am faster through the Archer C5400 then a direct connect from my Modem. My jaw droped when I saw it. Very Nice.
Unstable and Glitchy!
Pros: Was great at the start.
Cons: After running for about 15 to 30 minutes goes glitchy. Thought maybe it was my games, but when I come out of the game no-matter which one I have up and running it wasn't the games its the OS. Had premium 7 and no problems.
Overall Review: Did a lot of research and saw that a lot of people saying if your going to go Windows 10 for DirectX 12 for gaming you would best be served to upgrade everything,MB,GPU,MBM,PC,etc. I know newegg will be happy about that because there the only folks I ever buy from. So get ready to fill out another order and put RUSH on it for me. 5 star newegg!
