Not Happy at All

NAVIGON 4.3" GPS Navigation
NAVIGON 4.3" GPS Navigation

Pros: Looks and Reality View(Looks like a cartoon not really a Reality View but it's helpful for those who are new to the city interstate like Southern California where there are lot a Free Way splits and you don't know which lane you should be on)

Cons: Everything but above I should put here. Horrible interface, slow, touch screen is slow to react. POI takes forever to load. They have their own categories to put what ever they want. Won't let you find it by name unless you select the correct category. POI icons on screen is so small you have no idea what that is unless someone next to you take it out from the windshield and stare. Than when you figure that out, interface is so slow you just passed it. LOL Entering address is a chore. Takes for ever to have anything pop up. You have no choice but to wait cause it won't let you enter anything unless it's ready to be entered. Navigon is rip off charging $80 for the map upgrades. I would pay if item is worth keeping but it's not. Oh did I mention battery life is horrible? Well it is. Anyways, like I said before take off the Looks and Reality View, this item is garbage. I usually pretty good about keeping things with problem cause I normally work around it but not this one.

Excellent Case

LIAN LI PC-V354A Silver Aluminum Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case
LIAN LI PC-V354A Silver Aluminum Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case

Pros: Looks Built Quality Nice Inside Spacing for mATX Takes Full size PSU Front SD/MC card adapter USB 3.0 if you have one but I'd rather go with eSata if your board has it. Or buy one with it. It's faster.

Cons: Too many little screws if you need to open. ROM drive can be pain to get to. Hard to get the mother board inserted. Again too smaller and many screws if you need to get access the inside. Bottom HDD holder is useless. It blocks air flow if have 4HD. I have 3 so I took it out.

Overall Review: Well I bought this case to replace my APEVIA cube. I wanted a quite case that looks like a MacPro jr. for my hackintosh. Everything was great. Easy to set up. Front fan can be little noisy so I remove one and install it at rear. I have one frt and one rear and one on top. I would get a smaller PSU if your system can get away with it. I install full size so I had to buy a new CPU heat sink. I am using COOLER MASTER Hyper TX3 RR-910-HTX3-G1. Works great now. Stock fan from case is little noisy so I am thinking changing it. My buddy wants me to build a system for him, so I am getting this case and same heat sink to start. I would recommand this case to anyone who wants to build a mATX system.

Good GPS

TomTom 4.3" GPS Navigation with Map Share Technology
TomTom 4.3" GPS Navigation with Map Share Technology

Pros: Light, Thin, Easy to Use. Loud Speaker. Good Screen Colors. 3 type of key board. Pick which you are most comfortable. Quick Charge. Pretty accurate address. My son loves the part where you can change the arrow to actual car figure. Cute, useless but good eye candy.

Cons: So far not much cons since I only had it about a week. So far only thing is slow process, on graphic and actual processing the roads. I've had TomTom One which I bought it seven years ago, this one is almost slow as that one. I figure all the technologies maybe new one should be quicker to calculate. But as long as it's accurate I can spare a 1 min of my life time.

Overall Review: I'm an appraiser and I use GPS all the time and constantly inputing new address. This one has some improvement over the old ones but not enough. for the price it's an excellent GPS.

Excellent system and some.......

Shuttle SN68SG2 AMD Socket AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 7025 Glamor small form factor XPC Barebone
Shuttle SN68SG2 AMD Socket AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 7025 Glamor small form factor XPC Barebone

Pros: There are many pros, I will write some which I think it's important to me. First I am not a gamer and I deal with little graphic here and there but I needed a steady small dependable working unit. This fits the bill great. It's small and very quite and it's running great with Win XP. I'm not going to upgrade it to vista anytime soon. I have it with AMD 4800+ with 250 SATA and Kingston Value RAM (2x1G) DDR2 800. I don't know if other saying it's not stable with DDR2 800 but mine is stable from the get go. Never had a problem and everything is working fine. Bought a 8400GS graphic card and that also works great with the system . I had it OC'ed to 2.8ghz by increasing FSB and it also very stable. Fan is quite and I am always under 50c with "Smart Fan" option. Fan is running 950~ 1500rpm most of the time. There is one con I will mention in con area.

Cons: Con: Only con I am seeing is my back up Esata drive. I have Seagate 500GB Free Agent. It's plug in play drive. Works fine at home PC but Shuttle does not detect it as a plug in play. I always have to restart the system in order for me to see the drive. It's a minor problem but it's a problem.

Overall Review: I like the System. It's works great with everything I have and more. I have never use AMD system but it's a great start. I place an order for a faster CPU and we will see how fast it can go. If you are looking for a simple system, this one is it. Cheap and works great. Mine cost me under $450.00 and I can use it a 2.8GHz with 2G RAM and 250Sata with 512MB graphic card and with Wireless Adapter.

MSI GeForce 8400 GS 512MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card NX8400GS-TD512E

Pros: Very easy install. had it working less than 15min out of the box. Just solid working graphic card. cheap and installed in my Shuttle without a glitch. i don't play high end games but I do some Photoshop work and it is working great.

Cons: none

Overall Review: Cheap. Low profile. no fan. quite. Not a high end graphic card. What you expect for a 50 bucks?
