I placed an order for a 2.5" hard drive to use in a backup project. It arrived safely a couple of working days later. Everything was as expected, no surprises. The seller kept me informed all the time about the status of the transaction. Overall a nice experience. Thanks.

Item was received quickly, couldn't see any problems with the drive when I did a scan to make sure there weren't any bad sectors.

As for how long it will last, that will be disclosed on the review on the drive itself; I personally haven't purchased a WL drive before, so we'll see how dependable it is.

At first I was worried when I noticed NewEgg was doing the same thing other better-known seller sites do (won't name names since NewEgg flagged mention of those sites as "inappropriate" when I attempted to submit this review of seller), but this was a pleasant first experience in buying from somebody other than NewEgg themselves.

I had an issue with the initial HDD I purchased. I emailed the Co. and they got back to me with postage paid return instructions within 2 hrs. I now have the new HDD installed and it's working fine. This situation was quickly and efficiently handled by great customer service.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
