New Keyboard!
- Pros: Excellent response from both mouse and keyboard. Easy setup / installation.
- Cons: Why did Logitech, Microsoft and just about everyone mess with the del, ins, home, end, pgup, pgdwn keys... If you are a programmer that uses "end" alot then this keyboard will absolutely drive you crazy.
- Other Thoughts: Other than changing the standard keyboard layout the keyboard is ok. The mouse is great. Overall I don't think I would have purchased it if I would have realized the key layout changed.
Great mouse and keyboard
- Pros: I have this mouse/keyboard on two machines. They both have worked great for more than 6 months. Pointing with the mouse is very accurate and easy. The mouse is very comfortable to the hand.

- Other Thoughts: Battery life is very good. I have even used batteries, that wouldn't run down on equiptment, and the mouse still works. I have NOT found a different mouse or keyboard that I rather have.

- Pros: No more wires to mess with. Mouse has a nice shape to fit in your hand.
- Cons: Not very good for gaming. Keyboard seems to have a slower response time than my wired keyboard that I had previously.
- Pros: Great layout; I never planned on using some of the "extra" keyboard buttons (calculator, media controls), but they're arranged right and work perfectly without configuring. The whole set looks & feels MUCH higher quality than the similar Microsoft set I was using (higher-grade materials, buttons push without wiggling). Still looks & works brand new after nearly a year of heavy use.
- Cons: Zoom functions would be better in Photoshop if they went by increments (75%, 66%, 50%, etc) like Microsoft's rather than zooming to random numbers. My keyboard's "Zoom+" key is nearly non-functional; takes HUGE effort. Laser mouse gobbles batteries.
- Other Thoughts: Using with Windows XP Pro; works great. I hope some future version of Logitech's software includes scroll wheel acceleration; it'd sure be handy for reaching the end of large documents.
Was great with XP...
- Pros: Worked great when I had XP. Comfortable mouse with lots of great features.
- Cons: Works terrible with Vista. Keyboard likes to insert random letters into your typing. Mouse settings keep changing themselves, so sometimes you're scrolling 3 lines at a time, sometimes it changes itself to 15 lines at a time.
Customer support was ridiculous. They refused to help me whatsoever.
- Other Thoughts: If you have Vista, don't buy this product.
