Awesome
- Pros: This sound card rocks, has soon as I turned on Windows, it detected my Sound Card, and then I installed the drivers. I have a significant gain of FPS (frames per second) in Battlefield 2142 and no more lag at all. It is an overall great quality, it lets me hear sounds in games that I couldn't hear with my integrated sound card. For the price of a video game, buy this instead, you will have a overall increase of performance since your CPU won't take all the load of the sound card.
- Cons: It was hard to fit it in and I had to move things around to fit it in.
- Other Thoughts: Didn't even try to install the drivers supplied with the CD, I directly downloaded the latest ones online because I heard that the drivers on CDs were not good.
Great card
- Pros: This card is great, BF2 sounds amazing and all for 50 bucks. This card can support 7.1 speakers, Im running a 5.1 system and let me tell you, I did not know my speaker s could sound that good.
- Cons: none whatsoever
- Other Thoughts: Newegg does it again paid for 3 day shipping 2 days before christmass weekend, it was supposed to arrive on the 27, and I got it on the 26. Newegg rocks.

Works well..
- Pros: Works as it should. Does what it's supposed to do.
- Cons: none really
- Other Thoughts: Much Creative software seems a bit worthless, but that is fine because you have a choice to install or not to install.
Everything Sounds Much Better
- Pros: Hooked up without a hitch. Noticed an impressive difference in overall sound quality. I think my speakers and subwoofer are three times louder than before.

- Cons: came in a box covered in a plastic bubble wrap, but the card was in a static bag, but no cd's no noting just a card. had to go to website to get drivers
