The Kingwin RVT-9225 CPU cooling heat sink and fan combination is part of their "Revolution" range of coolers and it is revolutionary in more ways than one. The bulk of the cooler is raised above the motherboard on a trio of sealed copper heat-pipes. Rather than being embedded into a base and obtaining the heat through it, the pipes are crafted to be in direct contact with the CPU's heat spreader – giving the most efficient thermal transference.
The vertical stack of aluminum convection fins is cooled by the over 54 CFM of airflow generated by the 92mm fan spinning at its maximum 2800 RPM on long-lasting rifle bearings. With an expected service life of 50,000 hours and PWM control, the Revolution will stay cool for many years at a whisper-quiet 35dBA or below. Anti-vibration rubber connectors eliminate noise-causing vibration. In addition, a repositionable spoiler is attached to the rear of the array to provide airflow over adjacent components as well.
The full range of current AMD and Intel CPUs are supported. Ease of installation is ensured onto Intel Socket LGA 775 processors by using pushpins, while the Revolution is installed onto AMD K8 and AM2 CPUs through the use of a tool-less clip.

Superior Heat Dissipation and Cooling PerformanceThree U-type heatpipes integrated with H.D.T. (Heatpipe Direct Touch) technology and high-density aluminum fins maximize heat transfer and dissipation. Plus a 92mm rifle bearing fan runs efficiently to deliver unparalleled cooling performance.
PWM FunctionThe PWM function automatically adjusts fan speeds according to the CPU temperature for efficient cooling and minimized fan noise.
