This review is from: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan
Pros: None - would give 0 eggs if that was available.
Cons: I had a motherboard failure so I purchased the same MB to replace it. At the same time I thought to upgrade the cooling solution.
You might as well throw out the instructions that come with it. They are a TOTAL DISASTER. I watched the U-Tube videos and practiced the installation on my old MB a couple of times. Thought I had it down so I finally disassembled my PC totally and tried the installation. When plugged in, the MB did a rapid beep telling me there was a thermal problem. Disassembled and reassembled and the same situation occurred. So I ended back with my stock Intel heatsink.
Other Thoughts: After restock fee and shipping, not really worth sending back. Coolermaster should engineer this so that the cross bracket stays put when you are doing the final part of the installation. VERY CONFUSING. I don't understand the high reviews but maybe I would if I had had a successful installation.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This is the UZ22I5H model - the larger model has more tilt/swivel options. The base is solid and sturdy with unassuming power indicator and well-laid out menu and menu controls. The picture is crisp and clear with minimal configuration. The product will tilt up and down easily, but there is no swivel action for the 21" model; you just move the base if you need a different right-to-left angle. There also is no height adjustment in the 21" model.
Cons: My major complaint is with the supplied documentation. This was one sheet of paper with "picture" instructions with a .pdf document on the supplied disk, which is I suppose, standard. The cables supplied were confusing and not labeled; for example the USB cable for the computer-to-monitor had one standard end, and one non-standard end. Nowhere in the documentation are directions on how to use the webcam. Getting to Dell's stated 3-year warranty was a run-around. This was a web search as no supplied documentation stated the warranty was 3/3yr. I printed the product page from Newegg for warranty "proof". The documentation should explicitly state the warranty for the model number, IMHO.
Other Thoughts: The monitor is really nice looking with simple, logical controls and a great picture. The documentation is bureaucratic and lacking.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: memorex 25GB 6X BD-R 30 Packs Spindle Blu-ray Recordable Media Model 98682
Pros: I could get them to burn if I instructed the burner to run at 4x
Cons: These failed when allowing imgburn to write data at default (fastest) speed. Once I figured out to burn as slow as possible, they would burn but would verify as slow as 1x which is worrisome; I do not expect these to last very long or be reliable. I was trying to save a buck, you get what you pay for, buyer beware.
Other Thoughts: Manufacturer ID on these is RITEK-BR3-000 - keep away from these.READ FULL REVIEW
