Pros: Excellent card, good overclocking potential. I've been running Folding@Home on this card for the last week and it has been performing flawlessly. Performance is very good.

Cons: No, it doesn't come with accessories or a manual or CD or anything. But that's what you should expect on a refurb card. If you need that stuff, buy the retail version. I don't think it is fair to drop the rating for that, since there's nothing in the product listing or photos that would lead one to think it comes with accessories.
