Pros: Plugged it in, it ran. Very quiet. My PC went from sounding like I was on the deck of an aircraft carrier to silence

Cons: Motherboard was DOA. A memory error would not let the board go past that point. All other hardware was verified on other equipment. It was passed the 30 day New Egg return date. Called ASUS several times and waited, I finally got a technician to answer my call but it was beyond her scope. Another technician was to call, waited over a week no call, went online and found a automated RMA page and was given an RMA number and shipped it back. I packaged it up and found after re-reading shipping instructions a pin shield needed to be put in place. I placed it as per the instructions and shipped it back. I received an email saying the pins were bent and it would cost me $180 plus shipping. If they didn't build it right the first time, why would I trust them to fix it right a second time

Overall Review: I have built many computers with ASUS before, but NO MORE

Pros: Non

Cons: Loud out of the box and quit after 10 bags. I did not purchase cheap bag material. It will not pull a vacuum with nothing in it and the seals are clean and look to be in good repair. Pump was probably faulty from the factory. I can only return it to the manufacturer and they do not list it on their web site. I am not a novice with appliances of any flavor, this is not a case of "I can't operate it".

Overall Review: This has not soured me on New Egg but I will think twice about non computer products.

Pros: It replaced a 3 year old Metal Box. Easy to assemble and it works. Doesn't have the annoying blue (any color) running lights.
