Updated Review

Pros: Able to play games like Just Cause, Skyrim & GTA San Andreas on high details, 16x AA & Aniso filtering at more than bearable framerates. Handles my workloads (programming, moving large amounts of data, voip, gaming, etc) like a champ. Quad Core. Fast. Fan isn't loud.
Cons: Can't complain given the price.
Overall Review: Originally left a scathing review of this processor but later realised I was too harsh. Since then, I was able to sort through what, to my surprise, was actually a combination of Firefox and Windows issues. This just goes to show that error assessments aren't always clear cut. Anyway, I'm glad an RMA (at least at this time) won't be necessary. I've always lived by the philosophy "get only what you absolutely need". The AMD A10-5800k fits that with flying colours. Excellent product for the price.
Among the worst experiences I've had

Pros: None.
Cons: Failing USB ports Intermittent issues with D-sub and USB ports. Failed to recognise my RAM as dual channel in either slot combination. RAM passes diagnostic tests. EFI had default settings, aside from activation of an XMP profile for 1866 MHz effective speed. Above issues began occuring after . Can't be sure when this mobo will fail. Support was most unhelpful.
Overall Review: I'm a PC hobbyist so I understand computers aren't perfect. But this experience has pushed my patience beyond its limits. I desperately needed a modern motherboard in order to keep up with 3 self study courses. Otherwise I risk failing. Properly working hardware is of utmost importance to me and I entrusted that task to ASRock. Unfortunately I was let down. I really wanted to like them. I contacted newegg about an RMA and was referred to ASRock, who then referred me back to newegg. I did my part as the customer, explaining my issues and wasn't helped. (Though let me be clear. Newegg's customer service was fine). I simply can not afford to dawdle, yet I'm doing just this. And let me also note that even if an RMA is possible, I'm very wary of trusting ASRock.
It's a fan..

Pros: Does what it's supposed to Not DOA Lights up when in use Fluid dynamic bearings
Cons: Total WTH style screw system (see other thoughts)
Overall Review: Was thing even designed to take screws? My fan lacks grooves in all holders. Unfortunately I found this out the hard way when one of the screws included in this package contained stripped inside my case door. Wonderful.
Pleasant experience

Pros: Fast Easy to set above standard Runs stable Comes with heatspreader Low cost G.Skill support is excellent 2x2 setup
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Paired with an AMD A10-5800k. I do a little programming, study (requires many resources at times) watch videos (no blu-ray; both high and low quality) and do some light gaming (low-mid end end games released circa 2009). This memory has been more than sufficient in terms of speed and quantity. Also, G.Skill support is speedy and excellent. Can't recommend this company enough.
Getting rid of the eye cancer

Pros: Cheap More than sufficient cable length for my (large) computer desk Provides a crisp, sharp picture Works
Cons: None
Overall Review: Originally, I used my Asus VE228H monitor @ native res with a VGA connection. But with HDMI, the difference is astounding. Images, video and text are much more of a breeze to look at and read. It's like getting rid of eye cancer. Just be sure to modify your scaling options to get rid of the black panels and you'll be fine. There is no reason to spend 3 times the price.
It's a PSU..

Pros: Good PSU for the money Runs silent (I have a house fan running on low) Cable length was sufficient/plenty of cables Not DOA
Cons: Dealing with the wires was like wrangling a boa constrictor. Thought I was going to have to play snake charmer music for it.
