Easy Setup

Pros: Worked out of the box on FreeNAS 8.3. Worked with Intel drivers on CentOS 6. Speed is comparable to other 10gbit solutions.
Cons: none
mostly happy

Pros: Worked. Renders 1080p with sandy bridge celeron
Cons: The pci express slot is graphics only. You can not use a non-graphics card even if you set bios to integrated video only.
works in dell precision m4500

Get what you pay for

Pros: Affordable. Easy to setup with 3CX .
Cons: We've owned 7 of these in a small office for a year and a half. Of the 7, one has completely died and the other has developed poor voice quality.
Works Great

Pros: We have two of these. Each has a combined load of about 12 amps. They've been rock solid for over a year.
Cons: It's a bit to heavy for its mounts. It sags down to the space for the unit below / rests on the unit below a bit. Not a major issue, but isn't smooth. Not worth subtracting an Egg for.
Overall Review: The power outlets on the front are useful to us for connecting a crash cart. I wish it had a cable arm, but for its price point, it really isn't expected to have one.
Horrible warranty service.

Pros: none
Cons: Their tech support can't authorize a RMA even if they determine the produce is dead. The transfer you to RMA dept. RMA Department can't setup an RMA over the phone. It has to be done online, by fax, or by mail. Bad call quality. We could barely understand each other. THREE WEEK turn around time after they receive the defective product before they send it back. No one at their company gives a flip about the customer. Customer pays shipping to Gigabyte. No cross shipping.
Overall Review: Absolutely the worse tech support experience I've ever had. Seriously, who can't setup an RMA over the phone!?
