Pros: None. Literally.

Cons: Never worked out of box. I purchased a 4-pin power cord like other reviewers advised. Old driver on CD, so I downloaded newest from direct from manufacturer and VIA (chip set used on card). Spent many, many hours trying to get this thing to work. Nothing. Some instructions on manufacturer site required to put Win7 in driver testing mode at startup to install uncertified driver. Nothing. Tech support, although nice, was completely unhelpful. RMA? Yeah, right. They said go through Newegg. I informed them that period had past, they said they'd get back to me. That was 4 weeks ago. HORRIBLE card, under par support. I bout a different 4-port usb3 card (3 in front, 1 in back), *same* VIA chip set. Work out of the box within 60 seconds of installing.
