Working Great
Pros: This MB replaced a GigaByte Z77 MB that has always been problematic. It was easy to physically install and has a nice combination of PCI/PCIe slots. Win7 Pro booted up from the previous installation. BIOS settings were flexible, and enabled me to configure some options that were unavailable with the previous MB. The documentation is excellent. I think this is the fastest I've ever replaced the case side panel after a system upgrade!
Cons: None at this time.
Overall Review: I now have two AsRock Z77 motherboards (Extreme 4 and Pro 4). I'm super happy with both of them.
Frequent Crashes
Pros: When it works, it works well
Cons: I bought the R7 260, and a few weeks later, the R7 260x for a different computer. Both crash on a fairly frequent basis. Usually when the computer is asleep for awhile, it try to log back in and find a black screen, which requires a reboot. I was just working on a project, and the screen went black, forcing a reboot. I've tried a variety of drivers, including the newest AMD 14.4. The best driver so far is the default driver in Win 8. If you do a Google search on these cards, you will discover this is a common problem. FWIW, neither card is overclocked, nor are they used for gaming. Neither card is running hot. Both computers have an i7 processor, 16 GB RAM, with one running Win7 Pro, and the other Win 8.1 Update.
Overall Review: I would NOT recommend buying either the R7 260 or the Ry 260x. Unfortunately, I'm outside the 30 day return period, so stuck with these problematic cards.

Sound Still Doesn't Work
Pros: This is a follow on to my previous review. Please see review on 1/31/13, by John.
Cons: GigiByte responded to NewEgg (not me) and said to let their CDROM re-install the drivers using their auto install program. Since the drivers had already been installed by this method, it would not re-install them. Just for science, I did use the individual install routine on the CD to re-install the audio drivers. Still not working, so reduced my overall rating.
Overall Review: This is my first GigiByte motherboard, although I've heard very good reviews of their products over the years. I'm extremely disappointed in this hardware failure, and especially there lack of direct technical support.
Drivers!
Not clear how to load drivers. Actually, had to load two sets of drivers to get it to work. Working as advertised, now.
Sketchy Instructions
Didn't initially realize I needed to connect power to the board. Drivers were a bit of a challenge, too.
