Pros: Great layout and design. Simple, but powerful.
Cons: None yet.
Overall Review: I agree with many other reviewers thoughts (from other sites) that using your phone as a remote is pretty inconvenient. I actually bought this for the power and capabilities of the Hub and the simple remote included. They have turned out to be better than I had hoped. I think the remote is perfect. I am controlling a Panasonic TV, Sony BluRay, Denon A/V, Wii, and Sony CD. I haven't had to do anything yet that the remote couldn't handle. In the unusual event I need to perform a command the remote can't do, I'll just use my phone. The remote is nice and small, very thin, and a great button layout. The buttons have a very nice and positive click feel when depressed, so you know you hit it. The number pad is very small, it will take a little getting used to finding the right numbers without looking, but the number pad isn't used too often, so no big deal. Regarding the Hub, I am amazed at the lack of delay from when I enter a command on the remote to when the respective device acts. With my previous Harmony 900 (also RF), there was a noticable delay. Now, I'm not sure there is any delay at all, I love it. I couldn't be happier with this universal remote. I highly recommend it.
Not bad

Pros: Powerful and customizable
Cons: As a refurbished unit, it seems there is a strong likelyhood the unit you receive will not operate 100%
Overall Review: I decided to go with this because of Newegg's solid replacement policy after reading the reviews that many of these remotes apparently don't get checked well by the manufacturer when they are refurbished. I went through two of them before Newegg went out of stock and refunded my money. The first one was returned because the battery level indicator didn't operate properly. The replacement remote came with a battery that didn't even fit. The remote had a quality control passed sticker on it. Apparently the manufacturer's method of testing that doesn't involving actually powering the remote or using it. As far as the operation of the remote, I thought the layout was pretty good, but not perfect for me. I learned I didn't care for the touch screen too much. I prefer real buttons for my remote so I don't have to look down at the remote. The touch screen was in a pretty good spot, so I didn't touch the screen accidently very often, but I did sometimes, and it was pretty frustrating. I ended up going with the Harmony Smart Control and absolutely LOVE it. The basic remote it comes with is perfect in my opinion. As usual, Newegg gets 5 eggs.
