Intel Core i5-4460 Haswell Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1150 BX80646I54460 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Fast, powerful, and great for gaming

Cons: Price is a little high, but you get what you pay for

Other Thoughts: better than my old AMD Phenom II x4 955 black edition processor. No, better would be an understatement, it blows it out of the water, especially in rendering, gaming, and just typical multitasking. Highly recommended!

ASUS Z87-A LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard Certified Refurbished
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Looks nice / good build quality, works great, also the software which allows overclocking and fan speed control is also a very nice feature. USB 3.0 support is always a plus

Cons: Boot up problems (see below)

Other Thoughts: Motherboard seems to have a problem where I first turn it on and it turns right back off and it turns itself back on again after about 3 or 5 seconds and boots up normally without issues. It doesn't really concern me that much since the computer works fine afterwards, but it's annoying and definitely a little worry some about it's durability for the coming years. Other than that, great motherboard!

Rosewill RNX-AC1200PCE - Dual Band Wireless AC1200 Adapter, IEEE 802.11AC a/b/g/n, Up to 867 Mbps (5.0 GHz) + 300 Mbps (2.4 GHz) Wi-Fi Data Rates, PCI-E Interface
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Works fine under Windows 10, is fast, supports 802.11AC with no problems and driver installation is a breeze

Cons: None as of yet

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these for my computer and my brother's computer, both work fine in both of our Windows 10 PCs, coupled with the nice faster connection supplied by 802.11AC, you certainly can't go wrong with this wireless adapter. It's certainly easier than wiring UTP around the house
