Cons: How do I get custer service???? I have left several messages for both cyberpower and new egg and nobody is answering or emailing me back. I bought this computer and I would like it to run not an over complicated request.

Overall Review: Do you want a customer that will pay their bills or should I take my money and go to a competitor.
