Pros: I have noticed a measurable decrease in the CPU operating temperature at idle and as well as under heavy load. It took a few weeks for the thermal paste to properly set, but once it did, my processor is nice and cool.

Cons: While not unique to this item, and would be like any other liquid cooler, installation was somewhat difficult. I highly recommend an extra set of hands to assist with guiding the cooler onto the processor.
