Outstanding Video Card for the Price ($260.00 USD)

SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 Fury 4GB HBM PCI Express 3.0 x16 TRI-X OC+ (UEFI) Video Card 100379NTOC+SR
SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 Fury 4GB HBM PCI Express 3.0 x16 TRI-X OC+ (UEFI) Video Card 100379NTOC+SR

Pros: -I have yet to find a game this GPU cannot handle on max settings in 1080p. -It runs very quiet & does not get very hot. Running a full load on this card I have never seen it go above 60 C. -This GPU is capable of doing 4k. -This card utilizes 4 gigabytes of HBM (High-Bandwidth Memory). HBM has overall higher bandwidth per watt than GDDR5 memory, HBM can be stacked on the card which requires less power draw while also taking up less physical space on the card, and overall is much more efficient type of VRAM.

Cons: -It is huge! This card is slightly over a foot long. So if you decide to purchase it MEASURE THE INSIDE OF YOUR CASE BEFOREHAND. I actually took a hacksaw to one of my hard drive bays inside my case that was not in use to make it fit. I regret nothing. -This GPU is power hungry. Supposedly, this GPU can draw 400w by itself running a full load (was not an issue for me because I own a 1000W PSU). I would not advise trying to run this with anything less than a 700-800w PSU.

Overall Review: -I would not purchase this card for more than $350 USD. Dollar-for-dollar, I feel like I got an incredibly good deal for this card. I had a very limited budget at the time, and I just happened to check the daily deal section and it was on there for $260.00. If you really want this card, watch the daily deal section because it has gone on sale a few times in the past. Once you get into the over $350 realm you honestly are better off just saving that money and buying a 1070.

Pros: -Very nice looking case -Awesome keyboard and mouse. -The AMD FX 6300 is one of the most powerful 6 core processors available. -Good Mother Board -The 8 gigs of ram is excellent. I have yet to find a game in my steam or origin library that requires more than that (I play games like Far Cry 3, DayZ, Rust, Crysis 2,World of tanks, all on max settings). -This system comes with windows 8.1, making it touch screen ready. -The case this computer comes with allows a lot of airflow to cool the CPU. Water cooling is not necessary.

Cons: -The video card that comes with this pc is absolutely horrible. The Nvidia GT 610 video card is not a gaming video card. The GT 610 was made for streaming video. This video card has trouble even running low end games well. It honestly surprises me that they would even put this video card into a computer with this much potential. It is like painting a mustache on the mona lisa. -The power supply is alright. It has ample power to run everything, but lacks a good amount of connectors, meaning expanding on this computer would be hard to do without upgrading your power supply

Overall Review: This is an excellent computer. I have never once regretted my purchase. It is extremely fast, it has a lot of power, and it is affordable. The only reason i give this computer 4 stars is due to the video card. However, 2 months after purchasing this computer, I replaced the video card with the ASUS HD7770-2GD5 Radeon HD 7770. The computer now runs like a sports car. I can now run every single game in my steam library on max settings, getting typically anywhere from 80-40 FPS, Including games like DayZ, Rust, Crysis 2, World of Tanks, Skyrim, and Tomb Raider. Overall, this is a good entry level gaming computer for anyone. I have read many of the reviews for this computer, some of them saying that the power supply is very loud, almost like a roar. It is certainly not 'distracting' or anywhere near the sound of a 'roar.' It sounds like any other small fan in a power supply. It is a completely absurd insinuation to call the sound of this power supply distracting. Don't read the other reviews and be turned off to buying this computer just based off of false information about the power supply.
