No coasters yet

Pros: Were $5 and had free shipping. No coasters yet. Don't know why they are rated so low
Cons: Did not come with spindle, luckily had an extra lying around. Not much space to write on front because of the design.
Garbage rebate

Pros: none, they are just basic CDs
Cons: -ugly -no room to write anything -rebate policy should be illegal
Overall Review: I purchased this the day before thanksgiving and had less than 10 days to receive the product and then submit the proof of purchase. I emailed their support for an extension but never heard back.
OK

Pros: - Looks cool - Has a fan - Was only $9.99
Cons: - only slightly better than my intel on-chip graphics
Overall Review: I purchased this in 2012 and Im still using it. I use it just for basic stuff with 2 monitors and it works fine. Im rating it 4/5 because it was so cheap and I also bought it almost 3 years ago. If you are considering purchasing this today I would advise AGAINST it because it probably isn't worth it. I compared this to the on-chip graphics from my 3rd gen and it wasn't that much better. I wouldn't doubt it if the 4th or 5th generation processors already beat this. If you are running a setup without any onboard graphics then this would be a suitable replacement to them.
Fantastic

Pros: If you are only looking for USB 2.0 speeds this is perfect. I purchased this 3 years ago and it still works great.
Cons: None really, it requires screws to swap the drives but if you don't swap them around its fine.
Great speeds but cheap connection

Pros: I had a spare HD that I wanted to use as an a USB external. The design SEEMS great, the hard drive connects very simply and seems secure. It pretty good USB3.0 speeds.
Cons: It worked ok for about a month but It is very unreliable, the usb connection is very touchy. You cannot move it at all once it is working. My laptop constantly reports it as disconnecting and reconnecting. therefore it is not good for a DIY external hard drive that is connected to a laptop.
Seems good

Pros: Very quick. Didn't even try over clocking.
Cons: Seems expensive but I figured I will use it for a long time.
