Pros: - finally got them working so I didnt waste $30

Cons: - setup is a nightmare I event disabled the 5GHz band on my wireless router and was not able to get my Pixel 3 to connect to these things, I figured if I tried an older phone I might have some luck so I dug up my old HTC M8 and after much frustration was finally able to get one of these to connect. It was great to seen one finally connect but then I still had to try to connect the other 3 which were very hit and miss. 2/3 of the remaining ones connected easily and the last one took me another 15min of turning it off, turning it on, olding the side button, trying to get the flashing blue light to come on

Overall Review: - extremely frustrating setup process, would not buy this product again or recommend to a friend even though I finally got them working, there must be a different smart plug for around the same price that will not be so difficult to use

Pros: works great as a heater

Cons: refubished product starts up fine but mine did not come with a remote and will only work in heating mode at this time.

Overall Review: I am hoping to review this product higher pending the response from Dyson. The refubished product page gives no indication that the product would not come with a remote which severely limits its functionality and is a significant additional expense that is otherwise misleading in the product page.

Pros: when this thing works it works pretty well, it will modulate the fans to various speeds at temperatures that you can actually specify. I really liked the idea of having the computer run silent while I browse the web and ramp up the fans automatically when I started gaming

Cons: The first one I had broke, it would only run at 0% speed or 100% speed which NZXT acknowledged was a problem so they replaced it. After about a week of use the second one broke (same problem) so I was put on a wait list to get another replacement. I just plugged in my third one and it refused to run the fans at a constant speed, to top it off I had to remove one of the fans I plugged in and in doing so one of the plastic pieces of the fan plug broke. All in all this was money spent on a defective product that has caused me many hours of irritation. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone
