Pros: Stable, Reliable, Fast, Feature Rich. Initial configuration is very simple

Cons: Web Management is a little clunky and slow refresh on changes.

Overall Review: The Web interface is not as intuitive as it could be. Basic configuration is easy enough, but you'll need to be somewhat Network Savvy to perform any advanced configurations, other than that it is set it and forget it!!!
