Sorry Everyone! But this is direct to the one with the stuck drive.
Pros: Looks sweet!
Cons: A little small for bigger cards.
Overall Review: To the man with the cd try problems; I had an issue just like that with a computer case and eventually i found out that you can remove the end piece of the drawer. It usually slides up or down off of the drive tray and that completely fixed my problem with the snags, plus it looked a little better in my option. Anyway, hope that helps.
Cooler Looking w/o filter.
Pros: The overall build quality is high and it seems like it might last awhile. Simple to install IF you open your case ALL the way up (this is part of the con). Take off the covers and it looks sweet!
Cons: I feel like it could run quicker and push more air, there maybe away to do it, but as it connects to molex I could think of many specific easy way to do it. Because the bracket is detachable, without it if you have a case that supports "snap -in" screw-less drive bays it won't work with these, so I opened it all up and screw-ed it in, not a biggie but something to think about it.
Overall Review: Still 4 eggs because build quality is nice and they look cool. Also the covers slide on and off easily.
P-O-W-E-R!
Pros: What else is there to say, this is one of the best cards on the market... and when I say, "one of" I really mean, in the top 3! This is a powerhouse of graphical beastliness! With MSI Afterburner it can crank out 1950Mhz on the memory clock with no problems or instability. I can clearly see now that the hold ups in my system are in the cpu and memory all overclocked. Visually its not THAT different than most cards... that is until you look closely after you plug it in! There is a glowing light under the word Sapphire which is sweet and the back of the card has a very sexy and sleek metal plate with the "Vapor-X" across it. Also there are little LEDs on the top of the card that make it easily visible to see which bios you are running (stock vs OC). Standard connectors for AMD GPU's.
Cons: Could possibly blow your sucks off. Nothing else... Wait. maybe put the power pins on the back of the card instead of the top. I bet small case people would have a fit.
Overall Review: Setup AMD Phenom II 4.4Ghz OC Sapphire Vapor-X 7970 6Gb GDDR5 16Gb of Ripjaw 1600 OC Ram Samsung 830 120Gb SSD H100 Corsair CPU cooler Corsair AX750
Great Card! Runs a little hot.
Pros: This card is a solid performer when it comes to some of those high-end games. I play a lot of MW3 and it runs smooth as ever on the highest settings at 1980x1200. Assassin's Creed Revelations also looks great, but it gets a little bogged down when the settings are all the way up.
Cons: This card seems to run very hot. When it is sitting idle it comes in at about 41*. When I am in a game it stays around 70-72* which I feel is fairly hot to run. This is why I gave it 4 eggs, also at the time it said it was supposed to come with a crossfire bridge, which it did not.
Overall Review: Great card! which it would come down in price so I could buy another (will have to change the airflow to help cool though. AMD 995 BE 3.7Ghz, 16B G-Skill, HIS 6870 1GB, LG Bluray
