Great netbook

SAMSUNG N130-13B Slate Blue Intel Atom N270(1.60 GHz) 10.1" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD Netbook
SAMSUNG N130-13B Slate Blue Intel Atom N270(1.60 GHz) 10.1" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD Netbook

Pros: Small, light, 6-7 hours of battery web browsing, 3 usb slots, nice design, windows 7 drivers 32bit on their website, you can buy an extra battery off samsung's website,

Cons: Webcam is cheap and poor quality. Touchpad feels the same as the other part of the chasis, hard to differentiate when you're scrolling up and down a page. The chasis overall doesn't feel very solid and feels cheap.

Overall Review: I installed windows 7 on my n130 with supplied drivers from Samsung's website. It's running quite well, but its still a netbook so don't expect it to jump over hoops. Uses DDR2 PC6400 ram.

Cons: Too light, theres hardly any weight to it.

Works with Ryzen

CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model CMK8GX4M2B3200C16R
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model CMK8GX4M2B3200C16R

Pros: Using on Asrock AB350 Pro4 and Ryzen 5 1600. Can't get the 3200 speed, and so far only able to get it to 2400 using "auto" xmp settings. Might be able to go higher by messing with it manually.

Cons: None so far

Worth the money

Rosewill Stallion Series RD450-2-DB 450W ATX V2.2 Power Supply
Rosewill Stallion Series RD450-2-DB 450W ATX V2.2 Power Supply

Pros: Good support from company, powers everything as it should for a low-end gaming set up. Have had my 2nd unit for well over 6 years and it is going strong! Good warranty when I first bought it, I believe it was 4 or 5 years.

Cons: First unit failed after 9 months. They were quick to send me a replacement. Warranty was much longer than 1 year when I purchased mine back in 2008. The 8 pin cpu plug is too short if your case mounts the PSU at the bottom.

Overall Review: My experience was with the earlier models, can't really vouch for these new V2.2 models that only come with 1 year warranty. However, they must be doing something right if they're still making these after so many years.

NOKIA 5230 White Unlocked GSM Smart Phone with 3.2" Touch Screen
NOKIA 5230 White Unlocked GSM Smart Phone with 3.2" Touch Screen

Pros: I own the tmobile version which has 3g on tmobile, while this version does not have 3g for tmobile. However, it does get 3g from At&t, which is still good depending on where you live. This phone is light weight, and has a small profile yet somehow manages a beautiful large screen. The touch screen is easy to get used to after a few days of usage. 3g on Tmobile in NYC is amazing. Coming from a non-3g e63, this was a huge improvement. S60 operating system is robust and very capable. Plenty of software you can download from app store or internet for paid and free. Comes preloaded with ovi maps which is a GPS navigator. 3.5mm headphone jack for music. Nice 2mp camera for random snapshots. Anything more than 2mp is a waste of memory for me. Accelerometer works well, the level tool is great (free from ovi store).

Cons: No native threaded SMS. Battery life not that great when you have 3g connected all day. True for all 3g phones. Tmo version did not come with holder for your car. A bit thicker than most phones. Not the fastest processor. Not the most intuitive OS. Scrolling is not at all consistent throughout the menus and programs. No native threaded sms? Come on nokia!

Overall Review: I only usually make a review if i either hate a product, or love it. I currently love my nokia nuron and i think you will too, that is if you aren't coming from a highend phone like iphone or android phone. Tmo has $10 unlimited 3g internet for this phone, and its just great bang for your buck.

Updated Review after 6 months

Nokia E63 Unlocked GSM Smart Phone w/ Full Qwerty Keyboard & Wi-Fi 2.36" Blue 110 MB
Nokia E63 Unlocked GSM Smart Phone w/ Full Qwerty Keyboard & Wi-Fi 2.36" Blue 110 MB

Pros: Good battery life for a smartphone. Decent screen. Flashlight. 3.5mm Jack is very useful for music. I have an 8gb SDHC card for music. Decent camera pictures. Call quality is superb, simply one of the best i've had. Ability to multitask. GREAT web browser. Plenty of programs free and paid.

Cons: The keyboard CANNOT keep up if you type moderately fast. After 6 months of ownership, i sold it for this very reason. I sometimes have to slow down my typing b/c the OS on the screen hasn't had enough time to take in all the key presses. If you don't pause or type slow, a lot of the keys just won't register and you'll have a bunch of jibberish. There is just no excuse for something like this on a qwerty keyboard phone. The app store is simply a joke, but you can still install programs from elsewhere. ISMS gives you the ability to have threaded SMS. The phone DOES NOT have threaded SMS, which i found to be another annoying thing about the phone. If you use this on tmobile, you'll have to be download a proxy program in order to be able to send and receive full size MMS messages. Signal is usually good, but sometimes when you go into the subway or a building where you lose it, you'll find that it takes a long time to gain it back. But this is occasional, not constant.

Overall Review: I mainly had this phone for calls, MMS/SMS, and mp3 player, so i cannot say much about the email capability, but i can assure you that typing a long email will not be fun at all. The wifi can pick up my home router from pretty far (3rd floor to basement). Mp3 player is fine, but shuffle mode doesn't seem to shuffle much at all. I feel like i'm hearing the same songs over and over each time i shuffle all tracks. I would have kept this phone if not for the impracticality of the keyboard, going back to my blackberry.
