Works great with DD-WRT
Pros: I loaded DD-WRT on this baby and it sings! I don't know about the stock firmware, got it off as soon as possible. The carrying case is really nice and it comes with a cool flat Ethernet cable.
Cons: Mine shipped was a version 2. They have 2MB Flash and 8MB of RAM vs. double that for version 1. Can only run micro version of DD-WRT, but that's all I needed so it's fine.
Overall Review: Others have mentioned it getting hot. I haven't noticed heat being a problem at all with the DD-WRT.
Sound is great!
Pros: Sound is really great-excellent bass. Mic seems to work well.
Cons: Hurts my ears after several hours of playing online games. They sit on top of my ears and will do the same for most people (unless you have really small ears, and I mean really small).
Overall Review: I will keep these even though they hurt...until I find a pair in this price range that goes completely over my ears and has good bass like these.
Works well...
Pros: Small, light and it has a usb charging port. Finally! Mfr are getting a clue! Charges up in 15 minutes. Voice prompts, will connect with two different phones, then it will tell you which one is ringing. Easy on/off (flip boom out/in). Comfy enough with ear hook. Excellent range, through walls!
Cons: Haven't seen any yet.
Overall Review: I haven't used that many bluetooth headsets (got disgusted early on with the technology) but I really like this one. A friend got it and then I was hooked. My other bluetooth headsets (same phone-Samsung M500) had terrible range. If I didn't keep the phone in my shirt pocket, I would get dropouts. I can go into another room (a close room) with this. Wow.
Works flawlessly...
Pros: Can turn off fan. eSata interface blazing fast with Seagate ST3640323AS 640GB HD (from NewEgg) 100+MB/s read, 85+MB/s write. Used with Syba eSata II expresscard (from NewEgg) on HP DV9207 notebook. Drive stays pretty cool even with fan off. Icy cool with fan on. Drive activity light on the front (red bottom-half of blue power switch/light). Great price!
Cons: Fan is not silent. I expected that from reading reviews, no problem-turn it off with convenient switch on the back.
Overall Review: I first tried a much more expensive case by the makers of the Sonata cases. The eSata chipset in that was terrible and locked up my pc intermittently. I thought it was the HD or the interface card. Got this as part of the troubleshooting and it works like a charm. I highly recommend this product.
Best Mouse I've ever owned...
Pros: Single AA battery lasts months using it daily. Instant recognition by computer, no problems using it daily for over a year.
Cons: Scroll gearing is pretty much useless. Keeps changing positions on its own. Still works fine for my purposes, though.
Overall Review: It's a little larger than the Nano but the back and forward buttons are much easier to get to on the Revolution in my opinion. I don't use the zoom or search buttons or the Logitech software, for that matter so can't comment on that.
Trailblazer
Pros: This has worked for me from day 1 without a hitch on my HP DV9207US. I may have had to futz with the drivers as others have mentioned, but using the driver off the CD worked as I recall.
Cons: Sometimes a little funky to get in and out of the slot (locked in, that is). That could be the slot or the card, but once I figured it out I have no problems whatsoever.
Overall Review: This has the Silicon Image chipset and there have been plenty of updates for XP and Vista on Windows Update. I've installed all of them and it just works.
