Pros: Netbook is able to play any video I throw at it, even 1080p HD. The formats I tried were 720p, 1080p h264, and 720p, 1080p, divx (.avi) files. The videos I tried were all silky smooth using Windows media player 12 and using the latest k-lite codec pack. I was also able to watch videos from Hulu and HD video from YouTube, Hulu video worked perfect on medium quality and although for YouTube I was not able to watch 1080p as smooth as I wanted, 720p video worked perfect. For Flash based videos to work smooth I installed the intel gma 500 drivers version 5.0.0.2024 which were the latest at the time of this writing and I installed Adobe flash 10.1 beta 1. There is a newer beta out there (flash 10.1 beta 3) but for me video played smoother with the first beta. I believe this should work with any other netbook or nettop that uses the Z series Atom processors coupled with the GMA 500 Gpu (Poulsbo Chipset).

Cons: None so far, except that it was not free.

Overall Review: Please upgrade your memory, it comes with 1GB of ram on the the only slot available on the netbook, which means that to upgrade the memory you should buy only one 2GB stick of ram. Also people if you can please do yourselves a favor and upgrade to Windows 7 as soon as you can cause Windows XP is way too old and it shows. Windows 7 works very nice with this netbook, I sometimes use my tv tuner and use the included Windows Media Center on Win7 to watch hi-def tv when not home, and its an excellent. Hope this helps someone out there.

Cons: Where should I start? First: the tuner I received did not bring the software installation cd, Second: The software that I downloaded from avermedia's site was very unstable and completely useless because it kept on crashing every few minutes, Third: Avermedia customer support is nonexistent, I wrote to them soon after I received the tuner card and 4 times thereafter, and I would get a message every time saying that they are working to fix it. I think this will never get fixed because the software is already on version 2.0.9 and it still has so many issues. Also I bought it to use it on a 2009 13" macbook pro which I'm yet to have any problems with except when it came to this piece of junk card. I also tried it on my windows box also with the latest drivers and software and it does not work there either. After many tries to get this working, the tuner finally died on me.

Overall Review: Please save yourself many headaches, and don't buy this. Hopefully Newegg stops selling this.
