Runs great , Driver issue
Pros: Runs just as fast as any of my Internal SATA2 HDD's. Lots of storage space. :p
Cons: It took a while for me to figure out why eSATA wasn't working , after a while I figured out it was because I didnt have the newest SATA2 Drivers installed for my MOBO , I also didnt have ANY ACHI Drivers installed.
Overall Review: Lights up when its detected.
Red eyes of destruction?
Pros: The fans fast and sounds like a vacuum cleaner?
Cons: Keeps giving me 3 red lights telling me that there is not enough power and the card is too hot.
Overall Review: Its 55F in my bedroom heat should not be an issue. I have a Corsair 750 Watt TX PSU that should not be a problem. The mother board is a DFI LP UT 790FX-M2R , and I'm REALLY hoping that isnt the problem. I'm probably gonna RMA it , I've tried everything. ATI should make sure they're cards work before they sell them.....
Scratch the last Review
Pros: Works great and has over 1 year with no complaints. Fits great on your had, really light and doesn't squeeze your ears. If you wear glasses you'll love them.
Cons: None unless you are an airhead like me. I thought the Mic died and tried everything. Turns out that I had it on Hardware Mute right on the physical volume control.
Overall Review: I'm an idiot, I'm keeping my current pair, I don't need another.
UEFI/New terms ick.
Pros: Well, the good news is, if you don't know much about a BIOS this does everything for you. It runs stable and keeps my voltages down when it can, even when auto overclocked.
Cons: What I don't like is there is not a single BIOS term in here that I remember from back in 2006. Everything is new to me, and so I have to learn it all over again. The New stuff that's popped I had already learned along the way, that came from me switching from AMD slowly over to Intel. Also, the layout is not the same as I read in the manual, the Manual says there is a CPU fan pin just above the RAM slots, but for the life of me I cannot find it. When I'm feeling braver and setting up water cooling I'll perhaps take off all the parts on the Motherboard that I am able to pull off optionally.
Overall Review: It's definitely a change from my old ASUS Crosshair 590SLI ultra. A BIG change. But it's actually for the better. If I had someone ask me "What Motherboard should I get?" I would recommend this one, without hesitation on either the AMD or Intel side. If your not too technically inclined, you can just put this in your case, plug everything in and it will work. If your hardcore with Motherboard customization then this is a wet dream.
WHEW!
Pros: Fast, REALLY fast, runs cold, handles low voltage, does not stutter, Runs everything the way I want it.
Cons: Was a lot smaller than I expected, made me nervous while holding it.
Overall Review: I had contemplated this ever since Bulldozer came out. I've had it for around 5 hours. After all the benchmarks showing me I'd LOSE performance with Bulldozer, and not seeing improvement in my old friends computer, I finally decided to get this, along with the ASUS Sabertooth and some G.Skill Ares RAM. I have left it all on Auto, and it runs 10C colder (On just stock!) than my PhenomII 920 (With an expensive cooler at the time). My RAM auto overclocks to 2400Mhz. Unless I'm doing my math horribly wrong. (I might be). I must say though, EVERYTHING has sped up, and it helped having an ADATA SSD. I'm extremely satisfied. I'm using an HD6950 for game as well, and as I've yet to play one because of all the patches, I'll let everyone know of the improvements.
Amazing sound
Pros: All of the sound it produces from the high's to the lows is great quality , the Bass is only surpassed by a home entertainment system , along with speakers. You can Crank these baby's up REALLY far and they still wont crackle.
Cons: Hurts my ears when I turn it up too loud. Never reached the half way up mark on volume.
Overall Review: It's my favorite color! =D (silver)
