Pros: Well I must admit they are small and not something that smashes your ears very hard. Compact they are thats what I love.

Cons: So called noise reduction doesn't work as well as I thought. I got mine for $35. Base is almost none existant, also it takes a triple AAA battery...thats pretty poor. I would rather if it uses power from the jack. The cord seems to tangle at the neck a lot. The noise reduction does make the song quieter so keep it off unless you want to hear a SOFT song.

Overall Review: All around for the price they are good, now I'm comparing to a Bose head set and these are good for the price, but it draws back. If I could I would ask JVC to acctully make them NOISE CANCELLING.
