Is it worth it? YES
Pros: This was an upgrade from a 6600GT. Is it really an upgrade? ABSOLUTELY YES. Not only will it run DX9 titles nicely, it will run them at higher detail levels and resolutions. If you are thinking about upgrading to this card, do it...It will be the best money you've spent waiting for the 8800s to drop in price.
Cons: The fan is loud, but not overly annoying...
Overall Review: My frame rates in IL2 and RFactor have just about doubled. I didn't think this would be as much of a jump in performance, but it is...Make sure you have the appropriate power supply for this card! (It doesn't use a connector from the PSU, it gets it's juice through the PCI-E rail.) This is my third EVGA card and I've never had a problem with them at all!
Good PSU
Pros: It's a perfect upgrade or replacement for the stock 300W PSU in the Compaq SR1650NX (and I suspect a lot of other HP/Compaq products)
Cons: There are an A^&load of wires coming out of this thing, I mean a bundle bigger around than your thumb. If you have lots of add on boards in your case, you might have some space issues.
Overall Review: Great plug and play unit!!!
