Pros: These fans spin faster and have more CFM than Cooler Master is claiming. The fans are near impossible to hear in the Antec 1200 case under standard conditions. The unique fan frame and screw mounting bracket makes these fans vibration resistant, a positive feature that allows for mounting these fans under unique circumstances, see cons for these circumstances. I went with the Blue LEDs praying they would match the stock Antec lights, they do.

Cons: Not worth taking any eggs for, but I would like to note that the Cooler Master V8 heat sink does not accept this fan into its custom bracket in the same manner as the V8's stock fan. I did have to zip tie the bracket through the fan housing's screw holes. Easy enough fix, and the bracket is rubberized to negate any vibrations, but not as simple as a quick plug and play.

Overall Review: I currently use two of these fans, one to replace my Cooler Master V8 fan that stopped working, another on the side panel of my Antec 1200. I can't hear either when below 1500 RPMs, but at 100% they both are spinning at 2180 RPMs and generate a moderate, but not unpleasant, sound, nothing you wouldn't expect from a fan rotating at those speeds.
