Pros: Solid build, super quite, easy to work on.

Cons: Only two expansion slots available, no built in video, SATA controller on MB only supports 6 drives.

Overall Review: If you put in your own SATA RAID card (and you should) you'll need pretty long SATA cables. I used 18" and they just reach. If you install a floppy (ie, so you can load the RAID card driver in a Windows install) you'll need a super long floppy cable, the floppy connector is as far away from where the floppy drive goes as is possible. Not PATA connections at all so be sure to get a SATA DVD/CD drive... oh, and that eats one of the 6 SATA connectors on the MB...

Pros: FAST, big, FAST, quiet, FAST, cool running, FAST... I replaced a Hitachi 160GB SATA II 7200 RPM drive with this one simply for space, never thought it would be all that much faster, but h*ly cow is it faster. Its like I just got a brand new computer and all I did was clone my old drive to the new one so literally nothing changed between the old and the new except the drive... I'm amazed, simply amazed. Go WD!!!
