Customer Service is a joke
Pros: Half the power supplies I bought from them still work after a month.
Cons: The other half failed. At least one of them failed within the 30 day return policy newegg has. Newegg took care of it. However, try to RMA or email Diablotek, you'll hear nothing. Call their number and the tech support guy gives you the run around saying they will eventually respond. They never do.
Overall Review: Bad devices are a hassle, but lost money because the company won't respond and repair, now that deserves this NEGATIVE review.
1 out of 6 failed
Pros: 2 PCIE cables, price, cable quality
Cons: I bought 6, but one of them, after running 3 days at high load, sparked and shut down. I actually was able to consistently reproduce and witness the fire hazard.
Warranty Is Not Correct
Pros: Works well.
Cons: The warranty on newegg says 3 years. This is not true. It is actually 2 years from manufacturing date, which really translates to about 1 1/2 years from now, and Seagate used to offer 5 year warranties which tells me they no longer trust their product.
