Pros: Attractive price. Delivered just in time as my Samsung cartridge is just now empty.

Cons: Toner spill was significant when I removed the cartridge from the retail packaging. Cleaned up the cartridge, my printer, my shirt, the carpet and my desk. Inserted cartridge. Printer would not recognize that door was closed. After a couple of tries the printer proceeded to warm up at which point a loud grinding noise commenced. I'm wondering what those gears on the cartridge have been up to! Removed cartridge and reinserted. Same issue with door and grinding noise. Removed cartridge and contacted Rosewill tech support. to determine what to do next.

Overall Review: Described symptoms to Rosewill tech support. Confirmed that yes I have the correct cartridge for my printer. I questioned the presence of two "No Testing" labels on the cartridge. What on earth do these mean? I am hoping a Rosewill quality director will investigate and explain to me. Tech support promptly triggered Newegg to e-mail an RMA for credit. At this point I don't plan to buy another Rosewill cartridge. Will need to buy a Samsung cartridge from OfficeMax this evening. PS Canceling plans to buy a Rosewill tower and power supply for my next PC build... at least until RMA is credited. PPS I will commit to reading ALL product reviews from now on. Having second thoughts on tower and power supply.

Customer feedback regarding this seller was solid so I ordered with confidence. I am very conservative so going with a Ryzen processor in lieu of Intel was a big step for me. I am very pleased with performance after 3 weeks of daily use. I am happy I made the purchase with this seller.
