Customer Service after sale

Pros: G.Skill is known for good RAM. True test is the service and in this case the lifetime warranty. PC started acting up, ran test on two year old RAM and determined one stick causing errors. Got on their website, followed their instructions and had replacement in a week. Considering snail mail factor that is pretty darn good in my book.
Cons: None
I hope they are more stable!

Pros: Hard to beat for the price.
Cons: Originally purchased well over a year ago, went through two of them in three months as a HTPC OS only drive with a couple of weeks downtime between each warranty replacement. Finally put a regular HD in the HTPC and use the SSD in a netbook that gets moderate use. Another reviewer said they are more stable now - I hope so.
Overall Review: Makes an otherwise slow netbook into a decent small laptop.
Two down so far

Pros: Fast - Very fast. OCZ asks lots of questions, but has not tried to find an excuse to not warranty.
Cons: Two failures - first one became unreadable, but was still recognized by system which made system do weird things. Second one just found dead one day. Getting an average of 45 days per drive. Takes them weeks to send replacement.
Overall Review: Asked questions about updating firmware (haven't tried). Asked about what model of system board, RAM, sleep / hibernate settings.
