Almost perfect...but

NZXT SWITCH 810 White CA-SW810-W1 Steel / Plastic ATX HYBRID Full Tower Gaming Computer Case
NZXT SWITCH 810 White CA-SW810-W1 Steel / Plastic ATX HYBRID Full Tower Gaming Computer Case

Pros: - Huge dimensions, can fit any size motherboard/ GPU /and even a 420mm Radiator for liquid cooling - Fits multiple radiators - Can mount up to 12 fans to this beast - sleek, simple sexy design. - huge amount of cable management space in rear of chassis. provides rubber-ized slits/holes to conceal and loop cables around to various components. vary aesthetically pleasing and provides convenience and assistance to the user. Back of chassis has pre-installed hook-loops to provides easy zip-tie placement aswell. NICE feature!!! - open back panel of chassis to reveal the awesome addition of a multi-fan adapter card (velcro mounting is quite annoying at times but allows user flexibility of where they want it) - removable 5.25 bay trays to provide extra space for additional radiators or whatever (i removed one to make room for my water pump) - 3 removable dust-catching filters (2 on bottom and one in front) - front I/O comes with (2) usb 3.0 ports, (2) usb 2.0 ports, SD card reader (not multi-card reader) and plug in for a microphone and headphpones. AWESOME!!!

Cons: - front I/O usb 3,0 isn't as fast as most motherboard usb 3.0 - front panel ventilation is poor. NZXT does allow users to mount (2) 120mm or 140mm fans here on the front but there is very little ventilation screens/openings to let cold air in. I will say that they did make an effort though. there is a v-shaped slit on the very bottom-front and the chassis does have honeycomb screen ventilation lanes running along most the sides to give it more airflow. - 2.5 SSD bay circuit board adapter stopped working after 6 months. I had to remove it and plug a SATA directly to my SSD to get my SSD to post. - top vent cover is weak-ish plastic. be careful when removing or placing back on chassis. I haven't broken it, but just be careful - screw holes for ATX motherboard placement and the back I/O panel slot are too high up on the chassis. When I installed my 420mm long /60mm wide radiator to the top of the chassis I have had a terrible time trying to plug in my 8-pin and 4-pin whenever i need to make alterations or changes to my motherboard (ASUS Crosshair V Formula - Z). Additionally, the fans I mounted on the underbelly of the radiator almost graze the top of the PCB as well making the airflow almost non-existent for the VRM northbridge heatsink area of the motherboard.

Overall Review: - would have loved to have this case to be about two inches taller to accommodate larger radiators and a 140mm fan near the back I/O panel. - I hope they come out with something this sleek and sexy again...not a fan of the "white spaceship" look of the 820...looks tacky and only appeals to sci-fi/tech 'super nerds'

Quiet but feels like low airflow

Corsair Air Series AF140 140mm Blue LED Quiet Edition High Airflow Fan (CO-9050017-BLED)
Corsair Air Series AF140 140mm Blue LED Quiet Edition High Airflow Fan (CO-9050017-BLED)

Pros: Circular design Nice bright blue LED Quiet name brand

Cons: feels low air flow compared to competiters: (XIGMATEK AOS (Aeronautical Oil System Bearing) XAF-F1456 140mm) fins inside fan wobble (don't make noise though) only one speed

Overall Review: I think Corsair is headed in a great direction with their ccircular design and there LED and color options for enthusiast hounds. I would like them to produce some PWM controled fans with adjustable speeds. 66.4 CFM is pretty decent but I have 2 Xigmatex AOS 140mm that run at 90.3 CFM and are just as quite.

GELID Solutions CA-6P-02 1 ft. Gelid Solutions CB-6P (PCI-E) with precisely prepard high end UV reative single sleeve

Pros: looks great materials are quality

Cons: - one of the two that i purchased broke. specifically, one of the indiviually wrapped cables tubings popped out of the 6+2 male end cap. hope I can get a replacement. I'll contact the manufacturer.

died/faulty after a few months.

NZXT HALE90 V2 NP-1GM-1200A 1200 W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active@0.99(Typically) PFC Power Supply
NZXT HALE90 V2 NP-1GM-1200A 1200 W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active@0.99(Typically) PFC Power Supply

Pros: Fully modular Sleek White power supply (awesome!) Great packaging Comes with plenty cables

Cons: -inconsistent -unstable -faulty It has "semi-died" - only works after I take out power cable, turn pc on/off multiple times....and still only comes on sometimes. I tested a working power supply to confirm my suspicion that this NZXT Hale 90 v.2 was indeed at fault. My old 750watt Antec PSU worked great right away. I plugged it in to my computer, hit the power switch on my chassis and whammo-worked like a charm.. So, yes my problem is my faulty NZXT Hale 90 v.2 1200 watt PSU.

Overall Review: I went out on a limb here with my eyes closed praying this PSU would be ok given the TERRIBLE reviews people have given it and the only minor amount of positive reviews to counter those. Unfortunately, NZXT make the only white PSU in that capacity and I wanted to match my pc case. I hope NZXT can relax replace mine for a newer manufactored version of this PSU (2014 made preferably). Better yet, let's see them start clean and come out with a decent white colored PSU for a change.

worked great for 1 year then began to exp. tracking 'jumps'

Mionix AVIOR 8200 000MIO8200A Black 9 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB 2.0 Wired Laser 8200 dpi Gaming Mouse

Pros: great sleek, simple design, 8200dpi works great for gaming as well as CAD/M&E application purposes.

Cons: very expensive when i bought it (89.99). glad to see the price is down now :/ no easy color switch on mouse. i thought you could change colors for LEDs inside the mouse, no? after a year or so the tracking on my perixx 10x12'' pad seems to be going haywire and the mouse will on a consistent occasion fidget and have large tracking "jumps" and jitters

Overall Review: I also have a INTUOS 3 drawing pad that i just installed the drivers again....maybe I might need to update all my drivers but i'm not confident that this will fix my tracking issues. hopefully this is only temporary.

died after 3 months usage. getting RMA

Manufacturer Recertified OCZ Vector Series 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC VTR1-25SAT3-256G
Manufacturer Recertified OCZ Vector Series 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC VTR1-25SAT3-256G

Pros: Died after 3 months usage. This was a refurbished product so I'll go easy on this one...but since it's a product with a manufacturer recertification stamp of approval I won't ignore the false premises of stability they claim. I will say that OCZ does make the fastest drives for consumer and enterprise markets but dang do they need to work on their controller and firmware stability. Great sustained write speeds and IOPS AS well. Price was great when I bought it..now price is terrible for this unstable product.

Cons: unreliable. Dies after 3 months usage Current price is a rip off at $500

Overall Review: Getting RMA. Quality help from OCZ tech support.
