Bad Odds
Pros: Picture looks good.
Cons: See below
Overall Review: I bought 5 cards from MSI, 3 different models for three system builds. One card of each model failed and had to be sent in for an RMA. A R4870 OC model that was sent in was replaced with a standard model. Even after sending them copies of the invoice and UPC code their RMA staff insulted me rather than admitting they made a mistake. The RMA process took 4 weeks on all cards, this is a lot of down time. The RMA process is faulty. You would think that a manufacturer of this capacity would streamline their RMA process or even put out a better product. I understand that everything breaks but 3 out of 5 is bad odds. I will be using a new manufacturer for my next builds.

Good Board
Pros: Board works great out of the box. Water-block is easily removable to go to air-cooling if you wish or to even fill your water-cooling system to ensure the board doesn't get any splatter. There are larger additional heat sinks for those who choose air-cooling. Make sure you have a well vented case especially if you're going to run crossfire. Board temps can get a little warm.
Cons: Wish I bought two of these other than the more expensive Maximus Extreme.
Overall Review: I bought this board for two reasons, 1) to have something to test my equipment on because of the issues I'm having with the Maximus Extreme, 2) so I can have something to run me equipment on. I'm on the 4th RMA for the Maximus Extreme and the new board they sent looks like it came as an open box item and wont boot, it try's to. I dropped three eggs because of this issue. I'm probably going to have to buy another one of these and wait for my extended warranty to kick in on the Maximus board.
