Changed my mind
Pros: Price, has four Sata3 ports
Cons: Manual is kind of skimpy and has at least one error in describing the Sata ports configuration.
Overall Review: After working with Tech Support I now understand why the Sata3 ports don't show correctly in the Bios, I don't like it, but they seem to work ok, so I've revised my rating.
Don't Upgrade Quicken Yet
Pros: It's Quicken about the only software that will interact with all my credit cards, bank accounts etc so I don't have to enter everything manually. Only thing new I see in 2015 is my credit score which I already get from Discover and Credit Karma.
Cons: I wouldn't recommend upgrading to 2015 Deluxe yet there are too many bugs. For example downloading from the same institutions as I did in Quicken 2014 causes the 2015 version to crash with a Com error. Also I use Quicken to track my stock performance but the reports generated are so full of errors (mostly omissions) that the results are worthless. This was a problem in 2014 version also but seems to have gotten worse.
Overall Review: Quicken basically has no real tech support. You can report bugs/problems but never get any feedback from the company. They basically leave you on your own to try to talk to other Quicken users to resolve the problems. Maybe after some updates 2015 will be worth the money to upgrade but right now it's worse than 2014.
Poor Choice in Tablets
Pros: Display is nice, battery life with keyboard is very good.
Cons: Don't buy it if you want to use GPS, it plain doesn't work. Asus has class action suit which they just lost over this. The metal case won't let the GPS function except in the strongest of signals. ASUS solution is to give you a external antenna which can't be used while charging the tablet or while connected to the keyboard. WIFI reception is poor also due to same case.even after ASUS upgrades the internal antenna. Had to put a WIFI repeater in my living room just to get enough signal strength.
Overall Review: A lot of these units got returned because of above problems and now are being resold as "refurbished" even though the problems are still there. Bought my son a Galaxy Tab II and it's a much better tablet which can be bought at about this price.
Not Impressed
Pros: Price?
Cons: Installed board but can't get Sata ports 5&6 to recognize and drives. Drives and cables all work when rotated through ports 1-4 so it's not them. Manual is confusing because on page 20 item 1 it says ports 3-6 are used to support Sata2 devices while ports 1-2 support Sata3. ECS website and Newegg details say board has 4 Sata6 ports, which is why I bought the board. ECS support website is worthless, it won't even let me submit a tech reports, keeps saying "fill in required information" but it's all filled in. Guess I'll try to call their support number (it wasn't in any of the manuals or paperwork or on the Support website) but I got it from another review of a different ECS board.
Poor Quality no Service
Pros: Display looks good when it works.
Cons: I have a 67" Samsung DLP TV that cost $2500. After warranty expired ( a very short 1 year) the TV developed white spots due to the failure of the DLP chip. Despite an overwhelming number of customers with the same problem Samsung refuses to address the problem even though they did a secret recall on the 61" version of this TV. Do an internet search on white dot problem.
