Enermax Liqtech 120X Aluminum All-in-One Liquid Cooler 43MM Thick Radiator w/ Duo 120mm Static Pressure Fan
Enermax Liqtech 120X Aluminum All-in-One Liquid Cooler 43MM Thick Radiator w/ Duo 120mm Static Pressure Fan

Pros: It makes a substantial difference in the cooling of the processor (AMD FX-8350)

Cons: Due to the length of the supplied screws, it is not possible to mount the cooler with both fans attached due to rubber grommets and fan guard of my case.

Overall Review: The temperatures of my process before installing this, with only one fan mind you, were around 90 - 95C under heavy load. After install, the highest under install didn't go above 59C so far. And this is with only one fan attached.

Not ready for prime time.

NEC Display SpectraView P242W-BK Black 24” Widescreen IPS Panel, LED Backlight LCD Monitor 8ms 360cd/m2, DisplayPort, USB hub, Height Adjust/Pivot/Tilt/Swivel, 4 Year Warranty
NEC Display SpectraView P242W-BK Black 24” Widescreen IPS Panel, LED Backlight LCD Monitor 8ms 360cd/m2, DisplayPort, USB hub, Height Adjust/Pivot/Tilt/Swivel, 4 Year Warranty

Pros: The screen is bright and crisp. Colours are vibrant.

Cons: Both of the monitors I received (one a replacement for the other) exhibited a high frequency, low pitch sound emanating from the left side of the monitor in the rear. The higher the brightness, the higher the pitch.

Overall Review: I've been waiting a couple of years now for NEC to come out with a LED monitor in their Professional Series. It's unfortunate that it has problems like this.

AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W FD8350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor
AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera 8-Core 4.0 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W FD8350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor

Pros: Great upgrade is you already have an AM3+ compatible motherboard.

Cons: Under load, the included fan is ridiculously loud. And the fan is useless after a little dust buildup.

Overall Review: It's definitely worth the price if you already have an investment in an AM3+ motherboard. The problem is with the included fan, see the cons above. Under heavy load, the temperatures would reach 90C initially. After a little dust buld up, the computer would freeze as it would hit 95C. To fix the shortcomings of the fan, I went to water cooling as I didn't want a giant air cooler.
